Understanding your actual situation
Before any intervention, AGICA seeks to understand — not to sell. A targeted diagnostic identifies the real causes of problems, not just their visible symptoms.
The diagnostic covers finance, processes, information systems and governance. It results in a written report with prioritised, actionable recommendations.
Structured interviews
With the director and key managers. What the numbers don't reveal, the teams know.
Document review
Balance sheets, budgets, procedures, tools. AGICA reads what exists before recommending what is missing.
Report + debrief
An immediately usable document. A one-hour debrief to jointly prioritise actions.

Once the situation is understood, AGICA works to build the missing foundations. No large theoretical projects — concrete deliverables, usable from day one.

Dashboard, cash flow plan, structured budget, monthly reporting cycle.
Processes & organisation
Process mapping, operational procedures, job descriptions, delegation matrix.
Information systems
Tool audit, ERP specifications, migration management, digital transition.
